This will be the last Installation Nation newsletter and the final “Coaches Corner” blog that I will write, as I am moving on to a new chapter in my career. At this time, I'd like to take a moment to express my gratitude for you and your crucial role in helping our industry accomplish a vital mission every day.
For four years we have taken the field together, and we have changed lives for the better, none of that could have happened without you. You exemplify quality, craftsmanship, and servant leadership of personal, workplace and technical skills grounded in the core framework of our programs.

As I look back on the past four years, I’m reminded of the challenges that we have been through together, the successes we have had along the way and all the hard work that we have completed for our industry. I look forward to what lies ahead, and I am excited that I will “get to” continue working with you together, toward our shared goals.
