Our Workforce Development team has been busy! We trained and welcomed 175 new installers and 164 installer trainees between December and January. Certifications are an inexpensive way to prove that an industry professional is keeping their expertise up to date on the latest best practices and industry knowledge.
To continue the momentum and support the skilled trades industry, we also recently completed the development of some new training resources and tools to help prepare the next generation of vinyl siding installers.
